- Contract Management (including Franchisee Agreements etc)

- IPR Management (including Trademarks, Copyrights etc)

- CS related compliance, Court Appearance

- Property issues

- Handling Litigation, Solicitors Briefing, Corporate Governance and statutory Compliances, DCR, MOFA...

- Drafting documents pertaining to Real Estate, joint ventures agreements.

- Resolving tenants issues with empathy and gave them resourceful inputs beyond the legal aspects.

- Working within the deadline.
