- Responsible for managing the entire distribution and retail operations for Rajasthan.

- Achieving Sales Target

- Distribution & Retail Penetration- Add new AWDs, Add revenues to existing AWDs and Alternate Channel, Add new ARS

- Implement Sale Strategies

- Brand Upgrade ARD to NRI, proper visual merchandising

- Collection- Take care of collections in stores

- Competitor Feedback

- Should have worked in similar capacity.
