Manager - Business Analyst

POSITION: Business Development Manager (Business Analyst)

REPORTING: Senior Management in Director’s Office

LOCATION: Worli, Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To support organizational & corporate initiatives in field of –

- Corporate Planning & Management,

- Strategic Initiatives,

- Business Analysis,

- Financial Valuation & Modeling, &

- Business Development

2. To assist senior management to prepare a strategic roadmap for developing group business.

3. Strategize to identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities. The role requires to understand new business opportunities including technologies and business models and to evaluate their relevance to the Wadia Group.

4. To conduct –

- Market Analysis,

- Competitive Intelligence Analysis,

- Preparation of Financial Models & Detail Reports

5. To conduct financial analysis & examining financial viability of identified projects.

6. Evaluating various policies & various options for assessing viability to assist management’s decision on ‘Go’/’No Go’.

7. To identify, negotiate and manage relationships with suitable partners whose product/service offerings complement / can fulfill the Wadia Group’s short and long-term Business Objectives.

8. To provide decision support analysis as part of an ongoing project and change program.

9. To evaluate & analyze the –

- Investments,

- New Business / Projects Opportunities,

- Development of Business Plans and

- Financial Models & Statements

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. MBA (Finance) from reputed Management Institute with good academic records.

2. Minimum 5-7 yrs of relevant work experience.

3. Capable of understanding new businesses and should have flair for Business Development role.

4. Should be able to deliver assignments on time.

Candidates MUST have exprience in financial modeling, feasibility studies, market analysis, developing Business Plan etc.
