- This is a generalist role with focus on OD techniques.

- The candidate MUST have hands on experience / strong conceptual clarity on PMS, Competency framework, Org. Behaviour, Org. Design.

- Candidates with exp. in HR consultancy firms / currently working with HR consultancy firm need to apply

Education - Full time MBA - HR from a renowned institute.
