KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the agency's vision and goals. Identify new markets, revenue streams, and business opportunities to achieve exponential growth within a 3-year timeframe.

- Operations Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the agency, including resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking. Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations and maximize productivity, while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Team Leadership: You will build the star team for delivering results for clients and Bold Dialogue. Lead and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that promotes innovation and creativity.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning agency services to meet those needs. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to drive their business growth through conversion optimization, growth campaigns, email marketing, thought leadership content strategy and other growth programs.

- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and expand existing client relationships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.

- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team and clients. Use data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.

- Client Engagements: You will lead client engagements for brand story & messaging creation, creating or revamping results focused website & digital presence, growth hacking programs for SaaS start-ups and emerging enterprise, multi-channel demand generation & engagement programs.

- Agency Channel: You will also lead engagements with other agencies for web development, Hubspot implementation, and marketing operations support functions.

REQUIREMENTS

- 8-10 years of proven track record of leading a marketing agency or in a similar role, delivering exponential growth within a short timeframe.

- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results for clients by executing various growth marketing campaigns.

- Excellent operational and project management skills, with experience in resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.

- Deep understanding of growth marketing concepts and techniques with a focus on messaging, digital marketing, content marketing, growth hacking, and funnel growth.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proficient in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Proven experience in executing account-based marketing, drip campaigns and conversion-centric email campaigns is highly preferred.

- Strong ability to understand data and translate data into actionable takeaways. Must be proficient in performance tracking tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools in Marketing, Sales and digital ecosystem.

- Proven ability to think outside the box for driving high audience engagements and lead conversions - must be focused on delivering outcomes/results to clients.

- Ability to quickly understand client business and segment to create effective marketing programs. Proven experience in creating a high growth in audience across digital platforms.

- Marketing agency experience working with multiple clients is highly preferred.

- Ability and passion to write creative and engaging content for a varied target audience.
