Position Description:

- Conduct AD biweekly review from FAA & EASA website and issue review report, update the AD monitoring database, host AD weekly/monthly review meeting with customer.

- Liaise with Maintenance planner, Technical Services to deal with any concern/question from Customer regarding AD execution, distribute the relevant paperwork to the different process owners from MRO and Airline.

- Conduct internal audit, build up and maintain internal audit system, monitor the progress of corrective actions & closure in Boeing MET system, file all the relevant audit documentation.

- Act as QMS/SMS focal to lead SAG team & activities.

- Participate in the Fleet Management (FM) audit activities in this region.

- Assist QM to maintain FM program manual, DOA (Design Organization Approval) Exposition Manual and SOP.

- Conduct sub-contractor audit, build up and maintain an approved sub-contractors list, monitor the corrective actions & closure, file all the relevant audit documentation.

- Conduct vendor (POA) audit, build up and maintain an approved vendors list, monitor the corrective actions & closure, file all the relevant audit documentation.

- Maintain all the latest airworthiness publications from Air Authorities. Technical publications & Specification in the centralized technical library.

- Build up and maintain a training records system for all the qualified staff, maintain/update the files of training records for each qualified staff.

- Maintain and control all the active forms in the Fleet Management program and DOA.

- Assist QM for any external audit (DOA CAAS audit, AOC CAAS audit or Customer audit) follow up, monitor the progress of corrective actions & closure etc to ensure that current FM program continues to be complied with regulatory agency & customers requirements.

- Participate in any incident/accident investigation related to DOA or FM program and coordinate with regulatory agency. Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management.

- This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll. This job may be level 3 or 4 and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.

Qualifications:

- 5 or more years' related work experience, an equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.

- Minimum 5 years of commercial aviation experience, with 2 years of relevant quality assurance or audit experiences is desired.
