Role Objective: We are seeking a seasoned, experienced sales professional to join our growing company's leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and
monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Drives Strategies sales process and revenue growth across key categories.
- Responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit objectives for the organization.
- Formulate and coordinate annual sales and cost budget plans for the organization.
- Develops business opportunities and grow current business base
- Help define our go to market message, develop & execute the marketing plan
- Analyse the competition and recommend strategic moves
- Analyse, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the Founders team in growing a strong, integrated, and sustainable organisation
- Work in collaboration with Marketing, Operations Team to drive business growth
- Plan and Implement incentive plans for the enterprise.
- Educate, Motivate teams to achieve business targets while excelling the client delight.
- Driving education sessions for enterprise teams to build client delight , sales and marketing initiatives:-
Qualifications and Education Requirements:-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales or allied experience
Threshold Qualifications and Competencies :
- Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.
- Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and coordination skills and competencies.
- Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.
- Demonstrated expertise in online sales e-commerce and is technologically savvy.
- Experience in building a high-performance team from the ground up
- Energized by taking risks.
- Strong competency on data and business analytics
- Experience in sales in the wellness and spa or allied industry is a huge plus. Preferably from retail or lifestyle industry
- Should be well versed with all type of Sales Strategy like B2B, B2C, Online sales.
- Should be enthusiastic enough to take up entrepreneurship challenges.
Experience :
- 6- 8 years of proven experience in business growth and brand building
