Bodycraft Salon - Business Analyst

Role Objective: The role holder will play a key role in the success of the organizations by enabling them towards achieving business goals. Acting as communicators, facilitators, and mediators, we need flexible professionals to seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions, and more. Works towards bridging the gap among departments with improved technical efficiency and productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Data analytics: -

Strategic :

1. Enable insights driven strategic decision making and uncovering optimization opportunities.

2. Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analytics & techniques

3. Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

4. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.

5. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Operations :-

1. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.

2. Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as visualization and communication deliverables.

3. Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

4. Team Management : Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.

Tech adoption: -

1. Lead and manage a range of digital and technological adoption activities affecting the efficient running of the organisation across functions.

2. Establish an environment for digital and business transformation, both driving and enabling new ways of working and interacting for staff and customers.

3. Provide insights and innovative suggestions to the Programme and Project team, and senior managers across functions.

4. Quickly develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels, to provide support and technological advancements wherever required.

5. To help with adoption of technology to understand customer life cycle, lead nurturing process, customer engagement, and customer retention.

6. Work closely with other managers to identify themes and resolve issues to ensure benefits are realized and operational performance is maintained.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:-

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any related field. Diploma/Certifications in data science, Business Analyst are preferred.

Threshold Qualifications and Competencies:-

- Experience working as Business Analyst, Business operations management,

- Good knowledge in MS- Excel

- Basic knowledge in any BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- A track record of following through on commitments.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions

Experience:-

- 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity. Preferably from the retail industry

Working days:- 6 Days ( Monday to Saturday)
