About Us: We are a VC Backed wellness platform using Vedic Protocols to solve for Mental and Physical wellness. Our MVP has gotten blockbuster results and we are now expanding our core leadership team!

What you'll do:

- Create the GTM plan for the platform with regards to our digital marketing

- Take complete ownership of all paid and organic channel funnels with prime focus on CAC, LTV

- Experiment on new paid and organic channels to create the most effective media planning strategy for the company

- Construct our Brand communication plan across all consumer facing mediums

- Make daily, weekly plans for content across all our social media channels

- Execute on those plans either through your efforts or with freelancers hired by the organization

- Work closely with freelancers to ensure 100% execution of agreed plans across Social, Content and Brand

- Identify and work with influencer networks to grow the reach of the brand and lead to conversions on the app

What you'll need:

- Atleast 3+ years of experience leading Performance marketing and growth for mobile first consumer focused brands

- Have previously handled budgets worth a few crores.

- Ability to multi-task and think on their feet

- Creative hustler who can create a unique brand proposition

- Great communication skills

- Can get work done!

- Good to have

- Background in wellness space
