- Managing B2B client operations and timely delivery of services
- Pre-sales activity like lead generation, giving product demos, preparation of proposals
- Providing support and working with channel partners outside India for business development
- Preparing marketing collaterals and handling social media accounts for brand awareness
- Developing the thought leadership of the company for organic growth
- Handling investor relations and reporting
