Bodhi - Growth Lead - Social & Content - Wellness Platform

About Us: We are a VC Backed wellness platform using Vedic Protocols to solve for Mental and Physical wellbeing.

What you'll do:

- Create the GTM plan for the platform with regards to our social media strategy

- Construct our Brand communication plan across all consumer facing mediums

- Make daily, weekly plans for content across all our social media channels

- Execute on those plans either through your efforts or with freelancers hired by the organization

- Drive our social channels efforts to meet agreed metrics

- Oversee content generation for social and traffic purposes

- Provide support on performance marketing efforts to the team

- Work closely with freelancers to ensure 100% execution of agreed plans across Social, Content and Brand

- Identify and work with influencer networks to grow the reach of the brand and lead to conversions on the app

What you'll need:

- Atleast 3+ years of experience leading Social and Content for mobile first consumer focused brands

- Ability to multi-task and think on their feet

- Creative hustler who can create a unique brand proposition

- Great communication skills

- Can get work done!

- Good to have

- Background in wellness space

- Extra points for having being an entrepreneur before!
