Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Human Resource - Bangalore - boAt

As part of the Regional HR team member for Bangalore you will work on a range of HR initiatives, partnering with the Functional heads and Corporate HR team to support them with all the areas related with Recruitment, Building a strong culture, Development, New HR tools. and any other project related with people.

Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships and communication with different stakeholders, managers and other collaborators.

- Helping build a strong culture which aligns with boAt values: Hustlers, Cooperation, Jugaadu, Empathetic

- Manage the internal corporate HR projects

- Implement the HR processes, managing the local execution working with the corporate HR department to ensure the consistency of the local policies and processes with the central HR strategy.

- Document and maintain administrative procedures for HR processes.

- Participate closely with corporate HR in other projects or HR tools.

- Manage the end to end recruitment process for Technology function.

- Directly source qualified exceptionally talented candidates for a variety of open positions for the IT team.

- Schedule phone and onsite interviews.

- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.

- Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs.

- Communicate with candidates/new hires (phone and email) throughout the entire hiring and orientation process.

Qualifications:

- Resilient - Bounce back from the knocks

- Academic qualification in Psychology, HR or equivalent.

- Strong communication Skills

- 2-5 years experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations.

- Experience in a startup culture - comfortable with a fast paced, autonomous and unstructured environment

- Ability to carry out tasks and projects independently and result oriented.

- Negotiation, communication and well-developed social skills.

- Must be a team player and align with our company's values.
