Job Description :

- Own the quality management of our Warehouses across India

- Lead and Implement process quality improvement projects such as cost reduction, cycle time improvement, waste reduction, etc

- Create and maintain value stream maps, process maps and SOPs

- Ensure the productivity and throughput of the warehouse are improved

- Define & implement the quality standards, processes & plans for various operations.

- Conduct audits and prepare comprehensive reports with suggestions for improvements.

- Conduct investigation on discrepancies, errors, complaints, failures and adverse events requiring documented review and action .

- Monitor process through process capability study.

- Mistake proofing of process through process/product design change recommendations.

- Strong Knowledge in measurement methods.

- The role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders

Desired Profile :

- Graduate / PG with 6+yrs of experience

- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

- Strong Process Knowledge & Process Documentation.

- Knowledge of warehousing and supply chain best practices

- Data Analysis & Problem Solving

- Knowledge of quality improvement processes like DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc

- Team Management & People Handling Ability

- Mentoring & Coaching

- Conflict Management

- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from a reputed institute
