As an HR Manager for boAt you will work on a range of HR initiatives, partnering with the Functional heads to support them with all the areas related with Recruitment, Day to Day HR operations, Organizational development, New HR tools. and any other project related with people.

WHAT YOU- LL DO

- Help hire the right talent for our R&D and IT team based out of Bangalore

- Lead the entire employee life cycle right from onboarding to exit management

- Manage relationships and communication with different stakeholders, managers and other collaborators.

- Helping build a strong culture which aligns with boAt values: Hustlers, Cooperation, Jugaadu, Empathetic

- Manage the internal corporate HR projects

- Implement the HR processes, managing the local execution working with the corporate HR department to ensure the consistency of the local policies and processes with the central HR strategy.

- Document and maintain administrative procedures for HR processes.

- Coordinate with the external payroll vendor to ensure a seamless payroll process

- Participate closely with corporate HR in other projects or HR tools.

WHAT YOU- LL NEED FOR THIS ROLE

- Academic qualification in Psychology, HR or equivalent.

- Strong communication Skills

- Experience in a startup culture - comfortable with a fast paced, autonomous and unstructured environment ( preferable )

- Ability to carry out tasks and projects independently and result oriented.

- Negotiation, communication and well-developed social skills.

- Must be a team player and align with our company's values.
