- Responsible for driving business of boAt in online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and other new portals
- Account Planning - Business Planning with Marketplace, Delivering Revenue Targets, Market Share and NPS (Net Promotor Score) Objectives
- Forecasting and planning of demand and sales; top-line growth, sell-in & sell-out management, inventory management
- Establishing clear short- and long-term e-commerce strategy and management together with external and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring profitability and growth of the account
- Building the forecast of products at regional and account level, monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products
- Responsible for market and competitive analysis, keeping a check on market trends, take corrective actions as required
- Understanding the key business drivers for this channel and working in close proximity with cross-functional teams to align objectives
- Collaborating with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired market share in each category
