boAt - HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Execution of the end-to-end HR Operations strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards.

- Automation of HRIS systems and implementation of HRMS to increase efficiency in the HR processes.

- Handle end to end statutory compliances.

- Handle statutory and payroll audits.

- Manage and revamp, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders

- Focus on capability building and designing new initiatives in the field of talent management, succession planning, grading and levelling etc.

- Be thorough in developing process excellence and process enhancements in the HR field

- Be an engine for HR Analytics and work closely with the senior business stakeholders as a problem solver for all strategic business issues.

- Close interaction and providing active support to Head HR on driving HR policies and processes.

- Owning new employee onboarding and induction process.

- Handling day to day grievances and queries of the employees.

- Manage and coach the HR operations team to help them achieve their goals.

Skills/Competencies:

- 5-10 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations professional or a similar role

- Strong problem-solving capability

- MBA in HR would be preferred

- Prior experience with payroll, compliance and audits will be preferred.

- Prior experience in team management

- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Experience in working on HRMS tools.
