Financial Analyst

We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Financial Analyst for our Ahmedabad location. We are particularly interested in candidates with a Finance background from IIM. The ideal candidate will have either fresh perspectives or up to 1+ years of experience in the field.

Note : We are looking for Candidates from IIM Fresher or Experienced. Should have completed PGDM Full Time Course.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The positions are intended to Analyse the group co., financials data and further improve the numbers/presentations.

- Co-ordinate with Bl for updating the reports on BI for management's view.

- Group co., wise volume analysis and summarise to update on Bl

- Group co., wise Financial analysis and summarise to update on Bl

- Consolidation of Financials - analyse and summarise to update on Bl.

- Technical Knowledge: ERP / Accounting software's / SAP / Excel / BI - preferred

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.

- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.

- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel

dashboards.

- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting g/forecasting tools

- Perform market research, data mining business intelligence, and valuation comparisons

- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models

3. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts

3. Comparative Analysis

4 Excel and Power BI Dashboards on various Analyses ( Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Stock Moment/ Expenses Monitoring etc
