Preparation of Training Catalogue for inputs to associate Training Calendar
Co-ordinate with Line Managers to perform Training need analysis for all associates
Identify potential Training agencies and align with purchasing department to select a training source
Conduct preliminary screening and participate with superior in discussions with agency
Facilitate for mandatory trainings for the organization
Co-ordinate with Line Managers to identify internal trainers
Prepare and execute training plan for all associates
Coordinate and align with external agencies to plan and schedule training programs
Coordinate with internal trainers / managers for scheduling training programs and ensure availability of employees
Facilitation for smooth execution of training programs
Collate and analyze training feedback from participants and discuss with function heads on training effectiveness
Consolidate feedback and proposed actions for discussion with superior
Propose changes in training formats, procedures, systems and delivery mode to superior
Liaise with the Central Team and propose modifications to existing system and make optimum use of the training systems
