Functional role: Coverage and execution for Technology and Digital CF practice

Scope of technology practice: Coverage across IT services, Software products, BPO, Digital media and ER&D segments

Technical skills: technology industry knowledge, depth in reviewing valuation models and designing deal structures

Job Responsibilities:

1.Strengthening the practice in terms of market share. To be recognized as vital face to the market for the practice.

2.Deal origination in Technology and Digital verticals in areas such as deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions, private equity

3.Developing the eco system

4.Independently leading the transaction until closure (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)

5.Franchise building: leading the relationship with Nasscom, VC circle and other cross border agencies and developing thought leadership papers

6.Leading the team of associates and analysts to ensure execution excellence

7.Over the years, candidate should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization in building up and leading own teams independently.

8.Candidate shall be analytical, multi-tasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching skills, and have a hunger for growth both as a person and as a professional.
