Job Title/ Designation : Y-Ace - Risk

About the Team :

YES ACCELERATE (Y - ACE) is part of the core ideation, strategy development & execution team of the Bank and reports directly to the MD & CEO. Y - ACE is one of the oldest groups in the Bank and has played crucial role since the very inception of the bank (erstwhile it was called CDS and then BMIS). The group functions through 4 teams Corporate Businesses, Liabilities & Branch Banking, Strategic Control functions and other Support functions of the Bank. The current opportunities are available in the Y - ACE team aligned to strategic support functions (Risk Management, Audit, Compliance and overall governance of the Bank).

Skills Required :

- MBA for Tier 1 Colleges with 3 - 7 Years of Experience in Financial Services or Consulting Company (management consulting with particular experience in financial services).

- Expertise across either of the Business Areas:

a) SME, Retail and Rural Banking

b) Corporate and Wholesale Banking.

- Deep Understanding of Risk Management across Credit Underwriting, Credit Processing, Policy Development and Risk Analytics.

- Experience in delivering large strategic consulting or transformation / change management project in the highlighted areas will be given preference.

Job Description :

- Works closely with the Business Heads / CRO / Function heads on the planning, strategy development and execution of the same. Depending on the lifecycle of the business, the role involves a mix of developing short/ midterm strategy for the team including go-to market, change management and organization development, process improvement, budgeting, performance management & reviews.

- Work on various special/strategic/confidential projects with the leaders from time to time.

- Ensure alignment to institutional goals in partner teams and prepare business analysis & reporting and recommendations to the Leaders.

- Market review and competitor analysis of developments / new trends in different SBU products, processes, innovations etc.

- Act as a Bouncing board / Strategic Advisor to the aligned Functions

- The team also actively involves in various Management as well as Board Level committees like RMC, ALCO, ORMC, Steering Committee etc.
