Job Description :

- Ensure timely stock deliveries to the warehouse and to the stores and ensure "Right product in the Right place in Right price at the Right time".

- Formulation of in-season allocation plans for all existing and new store locations. Maintaining a balanced mix of product at all times, and to effectively execute the agreed exit policy.

- Monitoring of store sales and appropriate amendment of allocation levels to ensure that stock replenishment is being sent to the correct stores to maximize sales and sell thru.

- Planning the stock turns & stock covers for the entire fiscal inventory & working capital management at division & category level

- Providing sales analysis and customer patterns to aid future buys.

- Regular Store Visits to assess stock situations, competitor analysis and form action plans as necessary.

- Setting of markdown prices for the end of season sale and ensure a smooth start to the sale and that all stores have adequate stock.

- To accurately phase sales, stock, margin, markdown and intake plans and projections for the brand by week, taking into account historical performance future trends, prevailing market trends and new store openings.

- Build strong relationships with IT, logistics and the warehouse to maximize efficiencies through the system & supply chain.

- Stock consolidations, Returns and Transfers to prevent stock outs and maximize sales and sell thru.

- Constant liaison with internal and external Business Partners for smooth running of the Brand at various locations.

- Prepare weekly/monthly excel reports for brand in prescribed formats and providing analytical support as and when required.

- Prepare Weekly Trade Pack which includes all the key business information i.e. Sale Vs. Plan, Weekly & Seasonal Sales, Stock & Sales Report and any other analysis of the current trading performance as required.

- Monitoring the actual sales vis the planned budgets and devising strategies to increase the sales

- Should be updated with trends in fashion and general retailing.

- Hands on experience in MS Office, Retail Software.
