BMGI - Consultant - Change Management/Lean/Six Sigma/Master Black Belt/Black Belt

Job Description: BMGI is looking for people with potential & desire to be a consulting Partner, who want to be recognized for the difference they effect to clients and support BMGI maintain its flagship position as world leaders in Performance Excellence Consulting. The desired candidates would lead independent / joint engagements at client organizations in areas of Operational Excellence, Innovation, Strategy and Business Transformation.

The Job: As part of this role, you will be working with BMGI clients to solve business problems and deliver breakthrough results. The role based on the client engagement would involve conducting assessments at client site, identifying key levers, developing and conducting trainings & workshops, projects mentoring / change management onsite, providing breakthrough recommendations and ensuring effective implementation of the solutions at client site to exceed the targeted results.

Additionally there is a significant role to play as an institution builder as BMGI India is formalizing its Go to Market, marketing collaterals, and methodologies to help BMGI India further strengthen its position ahead of the curve in result based consulting. The position is based in Mumbai with extensive travel within India. The job may require travel and working for organizations in the APAC region / Middle East based on specific client assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should have a proven track record of managing change and delivering results on different types of business problems as an external consultant / internal consultant. The candidate would have ideally worked as Change Management Leader / Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt in practicing organizations or as Engagement Manager in pure play management consulting firms focused on OPEX consulting

Candidates are expected to have strong written & oral communication skills, change management skills, analytical skills and structured problem solving skills. Formal certifications related to Six Sigma, Lean, Balanced Scorecard and Innovation would be an added advantage. Candidates should be an MBA from a premier institute and Engineer from Tier 1 institutes.
