Our Indian clients include amongst others Asian Paints, ABG Group, HDFC, ITC, Volkswagen, Piramal Healthcare, Vodafone and Reliance.  The Opportunity: As a Business Head, your multi-faceted role would include:   Profit Centre Management : As an independent business head you would have assigned verticals with revenues and profit goals  Client Relationship Management: You would be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining client relationships in the assigned industry verticals.   Business Development Management: You would lead your practice in new opportunity identification, leading sales meetings, developing and implementing new marketing ideas  Project Management and Execution: You would lead a team of consultants on large-scale transformation projects and as a manager overseeing client interventions and projects  People Management: You would hire, mentor and manage a team of consultants to continuously improve their knowledge, concepts, skills to create and enhance value  Intellectual Capital Build-up: As a key member of the think-tank that is constantly aware of the changes in the global market place and are evolving newer approaches and methods to create differentiation in the market place.  Thought Leadership: You would periodically write and publish in various media/ represents BMGI in various conferences thought leadership concepts / white papers to ensure that BMGI is recognized as a leading management consulting firmThe Right Profile:  - You would have about 15-20 years of experience with exposure to multiple industry verticals with ideally 7-10 years in consulting or as a consulting entrepreneur  - You would have built a consulting practice (in a large consulting organisation / internal multi-site organisation/independent consulting outfit) from scratch and would have strong mastery over various consulting methodologies to support strategy deployment, innovation, problem solving or business transformation  - You would have been involved in consultative selling and assisted / led sales of several large consulting deals  - You would have contributed significantly towards business results at your client end (internal/external). Candidates who have had a nearly 100% track record of exceeding results and having received recognition for their significant contribution, would be preferred  - You must be an engineering graduate and a post-graduate preferably in Management, from reputed Institutes  Soft Skills:  - Ability to conduct workshops / do presentations at CXO level – Internal / external   - Ability to manage change and manage consulting interventions at mega-scale  - Ability to do consultative selling  - Ability to do long tenured on site interventions for multiple weeks/months at a stretch   - Strong written and oral communication skills  Additional Skills / Certification:  - Operational Excellence certification   - Project Management Certification   - Other relevant certifications  Travel Flexibility: This position requires extensive travel to various locations largely in India and some overseas locations.   The Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for entrepreneurial candidates with performance linked bonus.
