- Strong Implementation and consulting Experience on
- Should enable to prepare and own responses for a proposal and prepare effort loading sheet for following technologies
- ARS, TSM, SRM. CMDB. AIE, DSO,BPPM, BEM
- Should be able to prepare Statement of work (SOW) and take accountability
- Performing account reviews for quality of deliverables
- Attend customer meeting and understand their requirement on technical front
- Prepare requirements document and co-ordinate with customer to take sign-off
- Prepare High level and low level complex integrated service management solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Co-ordinate Remedy installation activities (Pre-requisites, OS Installation, DB, etc)
- Lead a team of Remedy developers/ consultants. Support and mentor the team
- Able to consult on ITIL processes and industry best practices
- Conduct product trainings and demos
- Develop processes for optimization of work
Profile:
- Should have 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 5 years’ experience of developing Remedy AR System solutions.
- Good understanding of complex business issues and to develop and communicate effective solutions with Integrated Services Management products in complex business environments. ITIL Foundation is must & Practitioners is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing software implementation/integration projects such as BMC Remedy / Oracle / SAP, etc. is a must, and direct Remedy experience is highly desirable
- In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite – Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements.
- Proven accomplishments and success in customizing, integrating and implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, team building, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing, presentation and relationship skills
- Manage projects deploying Integrated Services Management products and integrating web content and applications
- A self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems

- Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc .
- Knowledge of Web Services technology is plus.
