Responsibilities:
- Build global engagement and re-engagement programs as defined by the leadership.
- Measure and adjust campaigns including tracking KPIs and performing A/B tests
- Develop targeted lists based on vertical messaging.
- Execute engagement and email campaigns.
- Create and share engagement reports per campaign and across campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years marketing experience
- 4 years Marketo and Salesforce experience with familiarity of how the two work together
- Extensive, hands on Marketo experience building programs, smart lists, flows and general best practices.
- Tenacious desire to optimize campaign effectiveness and adjust for success (A/B tests, CTR, conversions)
- 2 years building and maintaining triggered programs in Marketo
- Experience building smart lists and campaigns.
- Integration knowledge on how to collect and measure data from social sites and events.
- Familiarity with both single campaign (events, announcements) and nurture campaigns
