BlueStacks - Product Manager

Role- Product Manager

Experience : 2-4 years

Location- Gurgaon

The Product Management team works closely with our talented engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management team, you'll also work with Design, Operation and Marketing teams, bridge the business and technical worlds as you design features and services that our users love. As a Product Manager, you will be part of shaping BlueStacks into a mature Android gaming platform and push more innovation in Android emulating field.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with designer and developers for new features or optimization of existing features.

- Write PRD, drive cross team collaboration and be responsible for product quality.

- Keep iterating on features. Track and analyze data and find out insights and solutions based on data.

- Work with Engineering Manager(s) to create and maintain product roadmap.

- Sync-up product progress and key decisions with relevant stakeholders.

- Cooperate with BD, Marketing and Operation teams to understand their business requirements.

- Understand users, continuously improve user experience.

Position Requirements :

- Bachelor degree or above.

- More than 2 years product management experience.

- Good product design and interaction design skill. Be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc.

- Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks.

- Pay attention to user experience and details

- Good data analyzing skill. Be familiar with data driven product optimization.

- Positive, willing to solve complex problems.

- Fluent in English.

- Good communication skills, should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal.

- Computer science background is preferred.

- Cross culture work experience is preferred.

Educational Qualification : MBA preferred
