3+ years on Cloud technologies

- Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications, automation in a public cloud environment

- Experience with designing and building application using IBM Cloud (or equivalent Azure/AWS/GCP) cloud services such as IaaS VMs, Azure App Services, ARM Templates, Blob Storage, Service Bus, API Management, Service Fabric, Apprenda, Kubernetes

- Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability with scalable platforms such as Kubernetes

- Hands on programing skills in modern development language (C# .NET preferred)

- Agile software development expert

- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)

- Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g. ARM templates)

- Strong scripting skills (Powershell preferred)

- Strong practical application development experience on Linux and Windows-based systems

- Active in the technology community (e.g. active open source contributor, conference speaker, blogger)
