Job Description :

1. Partner with the content & design teams to develop specific solutions for book launches, promotion and sustain the plan

2. Develop custom propositions espl around festivals, key dates

3. Partner closely with the team, publishing houses and agencies to drive the solutions and ensure high engagement

4. Help engage with TG through innovative solutions to drive up awareness, purchase & intent

5. Work with the response team to measure the effectiveness of each campaign, creating reports and presentations showcasing increase in book sales due to marketing efforts

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. 4 - 5 years of experience in multi-tasking on projects, ideating and with good communication skills.

2. Brand solutions exposure / Brand strategy experience is an added asset

3. Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

4. Ability to leverage relationships, teamwork and ensure timely delivery of campaign

5. To be familiar with social media and marketing to partner effectively with influencers & social media agencies on campaign

6. Familiar with post-production processes and execution

7. Good knowledge of making presentations and working on excel sheets
