Senior Project Delivery Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to work with an established company in Asia with our global clients. We are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager to manage organization of key client projects.

As a Senior Project Delivery Manager, you will coordinate people and focus on processes to ensure that our people are looked after and, importantly, the clients' projects are delivered on time and delight customer. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. As well as maintaining open and honest communications with clients. In addition help others overcome challenges they face on their projects and in their careers and will help others improve their current competences.

Responsibilities:

- Effective facilitating of the teams in; planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, and delivering all related activities for projects

- Oversee the day-to-day progress of project(s) while being radically value focussed towards ensuring the successful project delivery, within timeline, budget, scope and quality.

- Owning the processes of reporting project(s) status, key metrics, and deliverables.

- Influence and negotiate with project stakeholders, to improve product features and supportability of a product offering by identifying problems and suggesting and/or driving implementation of fixes or features.

- Coordinate between teams and the client throughout the project execution

- Manage risks and dependencies among inter-project and inter-team.

- Identifying the weak points in a current process and using new or proven good practices to reduce the blockages in the flow, which enables the value delivery and meet customer needs..

- Position may require on-site work with clients

Must have skills/ qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in technology, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in working in software development projects with various stakeholders on both business and technology sides

- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team

- Good business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize.

- Good oral and written English communication skills

- Experience with globally based Agile teams

- Good to have skills/ qualifications

- A globally recognised Project Management Certificate

- A "Certified Scrum Practitioner", Kanban Management Professional or equivalent practical Agile certification
