Business Analyst

Role and Responsibility:

- Work with clients to gather detailed requirements

- Convert client requirements to business requirements

- Plot the business requirements in diagrams (Figma) and text (confluence documentation) with appropriate acceptance criteria, and explain to the project managers and tech managers

- Work with stakeholders; Project Manager both client and internal team, for delivery plan

- Provide assistance in introducing a possibility regarding IT-related business needs

- Create, study, and analyze system operation.

- Prepare documents regarding the elements of the system such as wireframe, data migration, and other related documents.

- Supervise and coach team members when necessary.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration or any related to technology field

- 6-9 years of experience in a Business Analyst role

- Able to create a mockup from client's requirements

- Experience in the Banking business would be an advantage.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good working and teamwork attitude.

- Have skills in monitoring and controlling the operation
