Job Description: We are looking for a Finance Controller - Supply Chain and Project Management. The candidate should be self-directed and experienced Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities associated with our Supply Chain processes and Project Management. He/She is expected to be cross-functionally collaborative and partnering with the business to solve problems. Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing financial control measure for SCM and Project department - Monthly projection of expenses happening on month to month basis in terms of SCM and project expenses - Financial analysis on monthly and quarterly basis, planning and managing actual versus projected expenses - Costing per SKU management and reporting any divergence to SCM team on monthly basis - Ensuring reconciliation and review of material received and PO quantity and resolve issues working with Supplier, Warehouse or stores - Support the Audit programs i.e. Statutory and Internal Audit on monthly basis - Coordination with Finance, Operations and other departments for smooth functioning; e.g. Vendor payment processing, Inventory reporting, Stock management etc. - Overall Management of Logistic and Warehousing Cost and implementing cost effective measures for the same - SCM Budget Controlling, Actuals versus projected - Involvement in financial negotiations and cost/ performance benchmarking of SCM Dept for Pan India - Finalizing legal contracts with all SCM Vendors along with the legal team - Assist in reducing and managing the inventory hold cost and stock holding days - Impact Analysis of Logistics and Warehousing Cost and taking necessary actions to ensure cost optimization - Regular visits to RDCs and ensuring zero Non-compliance on legal &amp; commercial compliances and safety - Liquidation of slow and Non-moving stock by regular bidding and other effective measures - Performance review of all 3PL on a quarterly basis - Monthly structured MIS and reporting to Co- Founders for corrective actions Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant - Good knowledge of Excel will be required for this job - Min 2 Year of exp in SCM- Controller's role ABOUT BLUE TOKAI COFFEE ROASTERS www.bluetokaicoffee.com We are India's largest specialty-focused coffee company, with coffee roasteries in New Delhi and Mumbai and a growing network of cafes.
