1. Identify and develop business opportunities/growth areas.
2. Generate leads & manage to bid for Water Project.
3. Tie up with suitable JV and Technology Partners to strengthen our market position.
4. Ensure pre-qualification in Water projects tenders with the help of consortiums and JVs under unincorporated consortiums/JVs.
5. Booking Quality: Adherence to order booking guidelines including estimation accuracy of all project bids with nil negative variance under each bucket viz Materials, Labour and PMC. Ensure all materials estimates to be signed off by procurement and PMC and Installation rates to be signed off by Delivery Heads a
6. Competitor Tracking: Provide inputs on competitor strategies especially their pricing, market share, major changes in manpower etc
7. Sales presentations: Meet client prior to the tender stage, give value proposition, Segment-specific presentation.
8. Collaborative efforts with Engg, Procurement & Cxn., team members in building customer confidence.
