Blue Ocean - Lead AI Scientist - Text Analytics/NLP/Deep Learning

POSITION SUMMARY - 

This is a Lead AI scientist position with the Artificial Intelligence and Product Engineering organization. This organization is the Innovation Hub of the company and is chartered with solving complex business problems through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Cognitive Computing and Platform/Product Engineering.

Responsibilities - 

- Solve complex business problems by applying NLP, CV and Machine Learning techniques. Integrate these algorithms into multiple products and solution offerings.

- Build cognitive capabilities in multiple products and solution offerings.

- Systemic study of the latest research and industry developments in Artificial Intelligence. Leverage these developments to solve real-world business problems.

- Envisage next-generation challenges and recommend solutions to solve them.

- Facilitate the IP generation process in the organization and works towards patenting of inventions.

Experience

- Bachelor's degree, 5 to 7 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Hands-on coding skills in Python, at least 4 years Python experience

- (Preferred) Strong NLP skills

- Ability to work on complex, highly visible, global engagements under minimal supervision.

- Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-pressure environment.

- Ability to lead multiple technical programs at a single point of time.
