Accounting & Controls :  - Prepare the annual financial budget for entity. Forecast, analyse & publish financial results on a periodic basis.   - Accurate accounting ensured through efficient processes and cost centers   - Reporting periodic financial results after extensive variance analysis to measure profitability, expenditure, cash flow vs. the business plan.   - Implement adaptable MIS systems for measuring business performance.  - Ensure positive cash flow through advance planning, projection, analysis and monitoring of the bank funds, receivables & payables.   - Coordinate and manage statutory & tax audit, direct & indirect taxation, statutory compliance's and reporting.  - Implement new developments under Indian GAAP, direct/indirect tax laws.  Business Finance :   - Develop analytical metrics to measure business performance on demand, supply and operational efficiencies.   - Create and maintain inter-linkages between multiple data points for controls on e commerce platform  - Develop & implement strategies for collections, settlement, reconciliations  - Guide and coordinate with procurement and sales teams for transaction closures.   - Assist in fund raise  - Assist in international business set up
