Responsibilities:
- The Enterprise Sales Manager will help achieve annual sales objectives and growth initiatives targeted specifically towards the Enterprise Clients
- Develop strategies, tactics and sales plans to increase Blubirch's market share. Manage large deals and strategic accounts for continuous business
- Identify new channels and partners and spearheaded strategies that built significant relationships with clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- MBA from a premier B-School, with specialization in Marketing
- Strategic, hands-on sales leader with 4-5 years of experience and a proven track record of sales growth with Enterprise Clients
- Proven Management skills, collaborative, team-building leadership style.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment.
- Energetic, self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent track record of success.
