- Minimum graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Post-Graduation is preferable.
- 2-4 years of business development and other relevant experience.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication skills and outstanding on closing deals.
- Outstanding analytical faculties and an affinity for numbers.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and a solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to build working level relationships with senior management.
