Responsibilities : - Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making - Develop a comprehensive set of metrics to ensure overall implementation and delivery. Analyze performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement - Manage enterprise governance and communication processes - Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required - Collaborate with the team to facilitate operational objectives, which include but are not limited to daily ad-hoc requirements, providing monthly data analysis, actionable insights from data - Proactively identify process improvement areas and collaborate with cross functional teams to get the ideas implemented - Take calls with customers to understand their requirements and set up process / deliver the requirement in most efficient manner - Create and maintain Single Source of Truth, publish daily reports with insights for Department Heads and Leadership team Requirements : - 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis with degree in relevant field - Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus. - Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools - Proficient at producing and presenting reports - Confident with strong decision making skills - Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS) is a plus - Experience in Building cost models - Proficient at producing and presenting reports
