Role: Program Manager: Finacle Core Conversion (Signature to Finacle 10.2.17)

JD:

- 8 years + demonstrable experience in program management in financial sector.

- Demonstrable Program Level responsibility for multiple Finacle Migrations.

- Finacle 10.2.17 experience.

- Has successfully managed complex, multiple application interfaces within migration projects.

- Has successfully managed extract, transform, load process within migration programs.

- Experience managing programs and projects internationally (Caribbean, UK, North America preferred)

- 5+ years experience strongly preferred in software development, infrastructure, software testing and/or software architecture.

- Would be capable of directing all program activities for the critical success of the program.

- Responsible for ensuring all solutions delivered, in the various workstreams, are compliant from a legal and regulatory perspective.

- Masters degree - MBA, MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Strong communicator & facilitator at project and executive level

- Works without supervision. Strong independent judgment.

- Capable of providing leadership and direction to a cadre of very experienced project managers.

- Can undertake program management remotely for the period required until COVID restrictions for travel lifted .

This is an onsite - offshore model and would require candidate to travel to Jamaica and other Caribbean countries. S/he would require to stay in the country for a period of minimum 1 year.
