Manager - Strategic Alliances and Partnerships

Location: Bangalore (Koramangla)

Qualifications :

- Post Graduation or MBA

- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand outreach and strategic partnerships.

- A background in EV/ Automobile industry is preferred

Key Deliverables :

1. Responsible for developing and executing strategic alliances with key partners.

2. Create offerings (Barter or Paid) for our Experience Store customers to enhance the price-value equation when they buy an EV.

3. Create Fintech alliances to get cashback, payment benefits, Joint marketing, and customer access.

4. Association with institutions to build credibility like Sustainability institutions, EV institutions.

5. Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies.

6. Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally.

7. Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.

8. Brand partnerships with health, fitness, lifestyle, sustainability brands for joint marketing campaigns, cross-promotions, giveaways, growing customer base.
