Blitz is an early stage startup looking to disrupt the $1 Billion expert network industry which connects investors to industry experts for financial due diligence. We aim to democratize the expert - investor interaction by removing the middle-man through an app-based aggregator and pass on the savings to our experts and clients.
We are seeking a - User Growth Manager- for Blitz
- Lead the initial growth users for the app
- KPIs include user acquisition, order rate, and engagement metrics (e.g. referral rates, Q&A posts, etc.)
- Build partnerships to drive growth with an extreme passion to understand network effects
- Prepare professional presentations and collateral necessary for approaching prospective partners
- Assess progress towards quarterly and annual goals
Qualification and experience
- Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience in consumer-based user acquisition and digital marketing
- Proven track record of leadership and/or entrepreneurial experience
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer-related ability, particularly with managing Social Media pages
- Highly effective interpersonal skills: warmth, tact, diplomacy and creativity
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multi- disciplinary, start-up environment as part of a closely-knit team (demonstrating patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)

5 day a week work schedule (USA hours)
You would work from home in India in the initial months
