Yes, that's your cue. - Your mission if you choose to accept it, is to get the world of working professionals onto the next-gen privileges platform and make it the next big thing talked about be it at their work or home. Here is the catch, this is not just a B2C establishment but also a B2B one. From Building the brand's user base to forming alliances across the pool of corporates, you will have your hands full. That's not all, you need to get your growth skills to work it's magic on both fronts at the same time. You must have done this before, and that's why we want you on board. - We are revolutionizing the way e-commerce and advertising is and will be -- you can hop on board and make it a whole lot better with your skills and experience. To become the 9th member of Team Blingg, here is what we want from you. - Quick, creative and self-starting with a dynamic leadership personality. - Must have had first hand experience with both B2B and B2C growth. - Ability to build result-oriented growth strategies for both B2B and B2C at the same time/ - Building a user base from scratch and generating an incoming influx of users across the board ( must have built a 0 - 100k user base in 3 months in the past - a million is even better). - A Strong hold on both marketing and business development skills . Remuneration: We may be Blingg but here is the catch. We are young and we are not broke - but until funding kicks in we can offer you a CTC of upto 12 Lakhs + Equity, which can be be revised to Market Salary after July 2021
