We have an immediate requirement for a skilled digital Business Analyst. We welcome submission of resumes for a highly capable Business Analysts to lead the Commercial Digital business analysis function. The incumbent will be required to strengthen our processes, uplift the overall BA capability across the current Commercial Digital organisation as well as personally contribute to the delivery of the more complex new requirements. Role and Responsibilities: - Located within the Innovation & CoP team and be at a Manager level within our organisation - Working initially with the current BA team and the Senior Product Manager for Integrated trading to implement domain-specific best practices, guidelines, knowledge and lessons learned processes - Leading and mobilising resources from various business units, ops and digital teams to conduct end to end process & system impact analysis before proposing feasible solutions for each new business initiative. - Accountable for overseeing and supporting the business analysis and UX/UI activity across the Commercial Digital four product teams, including delivery - Promoting collaboration and innovation, sharing of information and development of Business Analysis domain-specific skills within the Digital CoP organisation - Responsible for the management of the business analysts and UX specialists within the Commercial Digital organisation Desired Skills: Significant BA practitioner experience at a senior level Commodity and Derivatives trading experience Experience in conducting design thinking workshop to uncover digital opportunities Past working experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master or Lead BA. Familiarity in one or more of the following domains: Commodity trading MTM P&L Credit Risk and Market Risk in commodity trading environment Marine trading and operations Market data (curve management) Accounting and Settlement Customer Relationship Management (including customer onboarding and KYC process) Trade Finance Commodity contracts Commodity sales forecast and demand management
