Position: Associate- Credit & Risk Reports To: Head- Business & Strategy Job Level: Senior Executive Location: Noida, India Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary: - To develop, appraise & manage relationships with clients across SME, Corporate and Retail segments with alignment to our NBFC & Fintech business - To manage Investors and Banking relationships - To develop and manage relationship with Fintech lending partners Minimum Requirements: - CA/ MBA (Finance) with up-to 1 Year of Experience with real estate industry - Support for business development; preparation of CAM; sanctioning and disbursement of fund-based credit facilities - Maintain/ enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed - Franchise and Brand building activities - Strong communication and presentation skills including strong written and spoken English language skills - In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate credit proposals covering financial, business and industrial risk- - Accountability for ensuring best in class core credit risk analysis of applicable portfolio ensuring consistencies with industry leading practices and conforms to all internal credit procedures/policies, and all related regulatory expectations. - Verify borrowers' track record & ascertain their credit worthiness - Financial statements analysis of prospective customer to identify the short term & long-term solvency & liquidity position - Knowledge of documentation and reporting requirements directly affected by execution of their credit responsibilities. - Understanding the customers requirements and ensuring quick service delivery - Set up audit framework. Carry out audits and get closure on items - Basic Analytics and MIS reporting to various stakeholders.
