India is a key strategic growth market for Blackmores and we launched our India operations in October 2021 on Amazon India and have since expanded our distribution across several online and offline partners such as Flipkart, Tata 1 MG, Apollo Pharmacy, Guardian Pharmacy, Noble Plus, Frank Ross, Trust Pharmacy and Wellness Forever.

Position Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Country Manager for India you will be responsible for:

i) Developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy based on the existing product portfolio with a scope to expand for future products across the e-commerce value chain

ii) Leading the ecommerce platforms marketing plan and strategy that includes both performance marketing and brand marketing

iii) Driving P&L for the e-commerce division in collaboration with SCM & Marketing teams, business plans, and Brand strategy

iv) Driving revenue and profitability through sales value, transaction volumes, new customer acquisition, and repeat sale

v) Ensuring utmost engagement in driving E-commerce operations and driving business growth in partnership with online partners/distributors

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for growing the e-commerce platform through marketplaces and build used case for the D2C business in India and manage potential launch and ongoing continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

- Recognised Master's degree in Business

- 5+ years successful track records of Account Management and/or Category Management experience in the Indian e-commerce industry (Amazon/FK/E-Pharmacies)

- Experience of handling ecommerce platform ad spends

- Working experience in FMCG with proven track record of growing ecommerce business with partners

- Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations using data analysis tools.

- Able to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task.

- Team player with strong persuasion skills able to drive consensus across different sales channels.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems.

- Able to extract data from various sources and to design/ construct/ execute complex analyses to finally come up with data/ reports that help solve the business problem.

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in managing the ecommerce business and platform marketing of Vitamins and Supplements category across platforms

- Experience in health supplements, nutrition or skincare categories are strongly preferred.

- Sales experience in working with online distributors

- Experience in training, customer management best practices, foundation of strategic category marketing and total trade spend strategy
