Senior Product Designer

Primary Responsibilities :

- Have good hands-on experience in the Human-Centered Design process and implement them in problem-solving.

- Must have good experience in planning and conducting user research and analysis.

- Must have experience in Data-Driven Design to identify problems and recommend solutions in addition to conducting Qualitative Research.

- Uncover and decipher the unmet needs of our users, successfully converting their needs into usable experiences and solutions.

- Define user needs, develop user flows, wireframes, and visual designs for mobile applications, including clickable prototypes as needed

- Clearly articulate your design rationale and concepts, and defend your position with research findings.

- Create detailed designs and specs that document the desired user experience, working within teams to support implementation efforts from concept to delivery

- Ideally, you're a strategic systems thinker with experience building and maintaining design systems that drive quality and efficiency.

- Help define a design system and language, and advocate its application across different products.

Primary Qualifications :

- Must provide a portfolio featuring product design work

- 2-5 years of UX/product/service design experience

- Expertise in designing mobile apps with an understanding of material design guidelines

- Ability to communicate clearly with developers, understanding the capabilities and constraints of modern web design

- Strong communication skills, able to justify design decisions and collaboratively brainstorm
