Roles Involves : - Overall responsible for driving business through sales of all products for services department in the allocated region. - Ability to drive the team of Area sales managers and Area sales officers and access on their performance management, training, and delivery. - Build and execute a best-in-class sales and marketing process - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base - Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales Required for the role : - Incumbent with 7-10 Years of experience in driving sales through Channel Partners (Tier1 college preferred) - Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements - Proven team player and contributor with agility to work in a dynamic environment - Optional - An effective communicator with a flexible &amp; detail-oriented attitude with the ability to interact effectively with peers and prospects/customers.
