Role & Responsibilities : - Development, implementation, and evolution of the organizational strategy. - Partner with corporate teams to continuously improve programs such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development. - Partner with talent acquisition to meet the headcount growth goals for the organization, including interviewing, assessing and onboarding. - Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention and employee experience Basic Qualifications : - Demonstrated experience with HR Practices, Policies, and Laws - Demonstrated experience effectively building work relationships - Demonstrated experience applying influencing and decision making skills - Demonstrated experience building credibility with clients - Demonstrated experience applying organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently and show initiative - Demonstrated experience interpreting policies and practices - Demonstrated experience navigating complex situations, holding crucial conversations - Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance Recruitment Team Blackbuck.com
