BlackBuck - Product Head - Credit

- Head of Product would build the product from scratch and will the take the entire ownership key product in Blackbuck.

- The ownership would include understanding the business use cases, create a detailed product requirement document with wireframes, visual designs and assets (with the help of UX and UI team) and priorities for phase releases based on the business impact, coordinate with technology leaders to align on the architecture of product and evaluate risk of different approaches and move based on agreed with engineering and business teams doing stand ups with technology team to ensure progress and fill the gaps in PRD to help them move faster.

- After technology delivery, do user acceptance test and ensure the right product delivery. Create the adoption document and coordinate with marketing team to roll out the product and define the milestones.

- Define analytics framework to measure the adoption and KPIs. Work with analytics to understand the product/feature adoption. Also, travel to meet the marketplace customer/suppliers and obtain primary feedback and analyse the product gap and build on it. In nut shell: Make sure the product - Happen- .

Background :

- Candidates from Tier 1 Engineering college + MBA from tier 1 college (optional)

- Experience from 4 years to 14 years in product Management

- Experience of delivering a strong consumer app and product iteration/improvements based on usage data
