Collections Manager

Position : Collections Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

Key Job Purpose :

- Ensure to maintain high percentage of collection from both regular and delinquent accounts of the cluster and proactively manage the anticipated sticky cases in coordination with central and cluster team to ensure minimum outstanding

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for collection drive across the cluster to ensure minimum outstanding with shippers by rigorous and targeted follow ups Liasion with Ground POD to ensure nil pendency on POD receipt with shippers

- Ensure to highlight all the sticky AR cases on a timely basis for legal supports and help legal team on execution of collection drive on ground

- Coordinate with acquisition and retention team to highlight lapses in onboarding process

- Provide periodic inputs to sales operation to red flag the shipper and take appropriate actions

- Gives periodic feedback to team members with the objective of helping them build their capabilities.
