Role Summary:   At a mid-senior level role within the organisation the person will be leading central fulfillment team (Voice and chat) and will be responsible for handling a team of outbound agents. The role offers unique opportunity to design and scaleup fulfillment operations in one of the most promising and fastest growing startup in India.  Number of working days: 6   Shift working: No  Travel Required : Low  Key Tasks/Responsibilities:  - Drive Business process and lead a team of calling agents for outbound operations: Managing daily running of central call centre, including effective resource planning and implementing call centre strategies and operations;  - Deliver Business Targets and Team KPIs  - Ensures his/her team operators are delivering individual outbound calls target, Call Done, & Tickets closure etc  - Monitoring calls, giving feedback, preparing reports and report to management on areas of improvement  - Conducting team meetings, pre/post/mid shifts.  Job Incumbent Requirements (Knowledge/Skill/Experience)  - Prior experience in handling mid to large size (50 to 200) outbound call centres/phone sales or retention teams  - Candidate should be able to help create required infrastructure in terms of IVR, calling lines, productivity tools, processes, WFM etc
